Currently i'm working as Teorema Engineering as System Engineer for Microsoft Premier Services. My principal goal is to provide the first line of on-site support and consulting for Enterprise Microsoft customers, trying to solve relevant problems or requests and escalate to Global Technical Support Center the most complex cases and issues. Currently i'm supporting the Microsoft Servers product line and my actual interests are focused on Windows Server 2008 and tesing the new Virtualization solution based on Microsoft Hyper-V. My Specialties: Network services such as DHCP and DNS, Network Infrastructure design and planning, Platforms Core and Server Clustering (MSCS and NLB).
